  • 1 lb. Wild Caught Pacific Salmon
  • Blackened Seasoning (to taste, check for Monosodium glutamate, sugar, or other toxins)


  1. Sprinkle both sides of salmon with blackened seasoning and bake at 350 degrees to desired temperature.
  2. Wild caught salmon is best served medium (approx. 20 minutes at 350 degrees)
