  • 1 lb wild caught Alaskan salmon
  • 2 cups salsa (homemade or check ingredients)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ¼ cup green or black olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper


  1. Put salmon in a baking dish and mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over salmon and cook at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
