Ingredients<\/h2>\n

  • Pancake Mix<\/em><\/u><\/li>\n
  • 1 cup almond flour<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup flax seed meal<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup garbanzo bean flour<\/li>\n
  • 3 tbsp erythritol or 1 tsp spoonable stevia<\/li>\n
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free baking powder (aluminum Free)<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp sea salt<\/li>\n
  • Combine thoroughly and store<\/li>\n
  • <\/li>\n
  • For Pancakes<\/em><\/u><\/li>\n
  • 1 cup Pancake Mix from above<\/li>\n
  • 3\/4 cup Milk (almond, coconut, organic whole milk)<\/li>\n
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 organic egg<\/li>\n
  • <\/li>\n
  • Optional<\/em><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Frozen berries (for syrup)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Instructions<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Mix batter and cook in coconut oil.<\/li>\n
    2. Drop pancake batter into the hot pan to your preferred size.<\/li>\n
    3. When the edges of the pancakes brown, flip and cook the other side until brown.<\/li>\n
