This is great either in the morning or as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 can coconut milk (be sure to get BPA free cans like Native Forest)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 2-3 whole cloves (or 1/4-1/2 tsp ground cloves)
- Pinch of ginger
Instructions
- Put everything in a heavy duty blender like a Vita-Mix and blend.
- Adjust spices to your liking.
