This is great either in the morning or as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can coconut milk (be sure to get BPA free cans like Native Forest)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • 2-3 whole cloves (or 1/4-1/2 tsp ground cloves)
  • Pinch of ginger

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a heavy duty blender like a Vita-Mix and blend.
  2. Adjust spices to your liking.
