INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • ⅓ cup blueberries chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup carrot chopped
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp jalapeno pepper minced
  • ⅛ tsp ginger ground

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow flavors to blend for 20 minutes before serving.
